1 x banana – the older the better (If you get a Kelly Bros produce box, other fleshy fruit like mangos work well too when bananas aren’t in season!)
1/3 cup blueberries (raspberries, blackberries, etc. are all great too!)
1 heaped tsp acai powder
1/3 cup fruit-free museli
2/3 cup milk (We love Almond Breeze unsweetened vanilla almond milk, but any milk will work.)
Honey or agave syrup to taste.
Mint, as pictured.
1 tbsp raw organic cacao.
1/2 cup soaked chia seeds or yoghurt in place of the banana.
Stick the whole lot in a blender or bar mix and blend until smooth.
